With a proven record and extensive background in managing construction firms and projects across Texas and the US, Facundo has more than 17 years of experience in the multifamily, commercial, residential, and hospitality arenas. ​
While lending his time as Vice President of Construction for Catalyst Construction he developed and spearheaded the firm to one of the leading service providers for multiple industries within the Houston markets. He also led the development of Catalyst A/C & Heat that has quickly grown to become a trusted HVAC vendor for multiple residential and multifamily clients by understanding the budgeting and service needs of each client and systematically developing replacement and service plans that benefit the clients portfolio and assets.

Multifamily capital improvements and led $60 million value-add renovations to leasing offices and units throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana (Provident Realty, Lincoln Property Co., Steadfast, CWS, IMT, CF Residential., Anterra)

Commercial and restaurant renovations and re-imaging remodels throughout the U.S. for national clients (Golden Corral Corp., YUM Foods Inc., Kormex, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut)

His project management skills include project scheduling, budget creation and tracking, RFIs, change orders, contract and subcontract negotiations, business development, oversight of multiple projects and project teams, materials procurement, project communication and documentation, design administration, marketing, and client relations.
Facundo has worked closely with city officials, insurance adjusters, and hundreds of clients as well as led teams for numerous projects.
